When it comes to the grocery stores, I believe he was talking about government run community non profit grocery stores, like they are trying to do in chicago, not forcing business run grocery stores to sell cheaper. However, this guy's ideas will drive businesses out of the area and they will also find out that community run grocery stores won't work. It's the taxing local businesses and one percenters to pay for these stores which will drive them and their money out of the area.
