They still came. There was no magic force field that kept them out.

But in the meantime, 85% of the scofflaws are here, soaking up services and funds that Americans need.

Since the majority deserve to be deported, why risk losing count of them by letting them go wherever they want? At the minimum, we should build massive detention centers at the border to hold them until their hearings.

If they don’t like that idea, they can stay in their home countries and apply legally - like my grandparents and great-grandparents did.

Seems to me that Trump went after Pence pretty hard. For me it was largely Pence's hypocrisy in support of a guy that did none of the things he said he believed.

It won’t happen as long as we allow illegal entry and bogus asylum claims. We need to have a tight border, and then their only choice is to apply through traditional channels.
