Well.....you need to read the whole damned article.....it says that the Manhattan DA has no charges for Trump's organization.....only possible charges are against individuals for failing to pay taxes on their business perks. It has nothing to do with Trump or their organization. Usually these type of 'crimes' are just a fine and interest charges on the missing payment.

Fischetti also said that Vance’s team told him they will not bring charges against Trump himself when the first indictment comes down.

“They just said, ‘When this indictment comes down, he won’t be charged. Our investigation is ongoing,’” he said.
