From people voting from multiple addresses, because they owned multiple houses. To using the absentee ballots of dead relatives.

But the cheating only represents bout 1/10 of a percent of a 1/0th of a percent. And is so small, there were no federal elections where those few illegitimate votes would have changed the outcome.
