Radio Flyer to move production of wagons to China


CHICAGO, March 30 — Radio Flyer Inc., maker of the little red wagon loved by generations of children, plans to move manufacturing of its metal wagons to China.

Suprise Suprise.

It is so much cheaper to have things - anything made in China. Sure we all want American made but for what it costs to pay out in this country you can produce millions in China. Most of the clothing you are wearing are probibly made in China. All those fancy named clothes you pay big bucks for in the finer shops - most are made in China.

We used to have mass deliveries of Tommy products from China come in....They cost pennies at best for each short sleeved shirt and the sale? - what is about $60 dollars per shirt?

Its the way of the world.
