I always said I'd be willing to see them stay in return for 4 years military or public service. Create an in-USA peace corps and let them help in places like the Ozarks or Detroit.

Sorry, but Schumer just did a 2nd moronic thing in a row.
1st, despite the Democrats being given everything they wanted in the budget bill, they still followed Schumer in standing with Illegals over Americans in shutting down the government...for absolutely NO REASON...except to attempt to appease the radical left wing of the party and the illegals. (That sound you hear is the tiny screams of the Democrats' chances for the midterms being pushed off the proverbial cliff by Schumer and falling to their deaths.)
2ndly, after catching hell from the radical left wing of his party and illegals - who are camped outside his door in protest, Schumer attempted to save face by rescinding his offer to fund the wall in exchange for DACA...as if he had any credibility, honor, leadership cred, etc ... or was holding any 'cards' anymore.
He's already gone against Trump once....and got his ass handed to him...by Trump, the majority of Americans, the extreme left wing of his party and illegals he tried to appease by his 'Schumer Shutdown'.
The FACT is 'DACA' is 'dead' now - non-existent - because Obama and Democrats CHOSE not to pass it legitimately when they had the chance....Yeah, they 'betrayed' the 'dreamers' (ie, 'ILLEGALS' since there is no such thing as a 'Dreamer' right now because, thanks to DEMOCRATS, there is no 'Dream Act'.)
Now after falling on their faces HARD trying to ACT big at the wrong time they suddenly want to try to ACT BIG again?

"Roaring like a Ferrari?" The stock market is in a huge bubble that's going to burst just like it has every other time its stocks were extremely inflated. We have low unemployment, but not good employment that allows Americans to get ahead. A lot of people are basically surviving, with jobs that don't provide the stability and benefits people need.
But you keep zooming along there. Have fun 'til the crash or the American Spring--whichever comes first.
