Uh, no. Was still a crime when you got busted for it. Just because a law changes doesn't mean we let out those convicted prior to the change in law. Or do we? I sure hope not.

The war on drugs was lost before it was begun , time to flush the toilet on a failed policy .lives ruined billions spent and local and federal police spending all their time on trying to confiscate as much property and money to fill the coffers .
