The lower court judge in Colorado, Sarah B. Wallace, had ruled in November that while Trump was eligible to run in the 2024 race under the 14th Amendment, she found that he did engage in the Jan. 6 insurrection because he incited it.

No. Just the fact that they're even willing to "go there" is absolute bullshit. They have no right to simply deem someone "guilty of insurrection" without any due process (a charge, a fair trial, a conviction/acquittal, etc)........

He hasn't even been CHARGED with insurrection, let alone fairly tried for it, let alone found guilty of it, and the commie court of CO has already deemed him guilty.

Will they stop at Trump, or will they eventually come for anyone and everyone who doesn't "get in line"?
