That's exactly what FDR did. He didn't voluntarily step down after two terms as EVERY president had before him out of reverence for George Washington and his sentiments about power. You really need to read a LOT about FDR and that period of history.

The problem Ed is that a 63% recorded labor participation rate, lower than what what was recorded in 2007 is a known FACT,. Americans unable to find full time work to replace those "careers" they lost, and forced to work part-time when they rather work full-time is recorded FACT by the BLS. You haven't provided anything to discredited either of those positions.
