Being malnourished is a digestive problem. Learn how the digestive system works and you'll see (I study this stuff). It doesn't help that doctors, dieticians, nutritionists, and the government believe that poor digestion is "normal" because it is so common. It takes a special kind of stupid to believe that because people are overweight , that they are not malnourished or have food insecurity.
Believing that bullshit is a mental issue . You're doing a real good job of twisting yourself int a pretzel to defend cruel draconian policies, income inequality and economic realities that result in hunger, Shame on youI live in a food desert, but I eat very well for much less cost than those you are defending. The store I shop at has good food and junk food. My fellow customers buy both (if they didn't the shelves wouldn't stock junk foods). However, you would have to look hard to find an overweight shopper there.
I drive to the store, but many take the city bus that stops right at the store. Others use taxi's. I'm sure that some shop with friends who have a vehicle. Distance from a supermarket is a lame excuse for not eating well.
What the **** are you blathering about now? That is just plain stupid ,Still blaming the victim? Clearly you have no shame.Being malnourished is a digestive problem. a food desert in the US is an area where stores have been shoplifted out existence and investors seeking to set up shop wont take the business risk in said areas ..It takes a special kind of stupid to believe that because people are overweight , that they are not malnourished or have food insecurity. The junk food that they eat is cheep and available. Fresh .. healthy food is expensive and often not even available in term of geography,. Do you know what a food desert is? It appears that there is something seriously wrong with you if yopu believe half of your own bullshit.....or your just a shameless liar
Another Jadrool blaming the victims while ignoring the fact that food deserts are only part of the problems .a food desert in the US is an area where stores have been shoplifted out existence and investors seeking to set up shop wont take the business risk in said areas ..

Cities can end ‘food deserts’ by ending ‘crime oases’
Most Americans in food deserts live in higher-density urban areas with enough people to support supermarkets. But crime keeps markets away.www.pacificresearch.org
It's the poor that reject economic realities. Note that even highly educated government employees that have only recently missed a paycheck are lining up at food banks. The average worker would struggle to pay a $500 emergency cost. Even many high earners live hand-to-mouth. One laid off federal employee was stressed because she didn't know if she could continue paying for her daughter's college. WTF?Believing that bullshit is a mental issue . I have little sympathy. With age and experience comes cynicism. What the **** are you blathering about now? That is just plain stupid ,Still blaming the victim? Clearly you have no shame.
We have had many store closings in my city due mainly to poor locations. However, there is one that closed because of shoplifting. The store remained open under new ownership three times now. How long it will last is the question. The store serves a large black neighborhood. That is not to say that blacks are the whole problem as many others also shop there. I worked at a Kroger store that had a horrible shoplifting problem involving only white shoppers.a food desert in the US is an area where stores have been shoplifted out existence and investors seeking to set up shop wont take the business risk in said areas ..

Worse, often the kids are so flawed that they repeat the neglect in their own lives resulting in generational poverty. The only children that go hungry in America are due to irresponsible parents--usually alcoholics or other drug addicts--who neglect them and don't bother to see that they are fed.
And because we have allowed ourselves to become a leftist, weak, woke society, we no longer have the good sense or will to remove children from a home where they are abused and/or neglected.
When I served on a school board for awhile, almost all of us had full time jobs and often had very early morning meetings rather than evening meetings.Because the parents in question are probably neglectful.
Food is available to anyone and everyone in need. There’s no valid reason anyone in America should be going hungry unless they’re very old, very young or otherwise disabled and their caretakers are neglecting them
Most kids in my day arrived at school with a belly full of oatmeal. When I served on a school board for awhile, almost all of us had full time jobs and often had very early morning meetings rather than evening meetings.
It is heart breaking to arrive on a cold winter morning and see little kids shivering near the cafeteria door waiting to be let in for their free breakfast. Sometimes they would be behind the bushes near the door trying to protect themselves from a cold wind.
No matter how poor a family might be when I was growing up, there were no free breakfasts but the kids got breakfast before they went to school. Most parents who couldn't afford the very modest fee for a school lunch would send a sack lunch with their children. It was a matter of charactrer, personal pride, sense of duty. Parents did whatever they had to do to see that their children were fed.
In most cases neglectful parents are alcoholic or otherwise addicted to something, but whatever the reason, in my opinion, any parent(s) who cannot or will not do that, should lose their children until such time as they can/will.
Which is perfectly acceptable. Oatmeal was super cheap and plentiful when I was growing up. And is very good for kids and adults alike. Still is.Most kids in my day arrived at school with a belly full of oatmeal.
