It seems clear to me that peace won't be arriving anytime.soon. The EU may have to send soldiers eventually, Ukraine can't continue this fight forever with Asian nations helping Russia. China wants this war to continue for another.decade. North Korea to send 30,000 more troops to help Russia fight Ukraine: report
North Korea is set to ship off 30,000 more troops to help Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, tripling the number of soldiers it has given Moscow, Kyiv’s intelligence network warned.

After sending nearly 12,000 soldiers to help Russia regain the Kursk region earlier this year, Pyongyang is planning to bolster its presence along the frontlines in the coming months to enable “large-scale offensive operations,” CNN reported.

The Russian Ministry of Defense allegedly touted that it is fully capable of providing training and the “needed equipment, weapons and ammunition” to get the Pyongyang soldiers to the frontlines as quickly as possible, according to Ukraine’s assessment.

I hope so.

Russia has 4 times the population than Ukraine...and they need to import zipperheads.

I'm guessing the RF is not the great war machine I've heard about.

I am still trying to figure out an end game scenario for this conflict. It seemed like Russia's initial goals were to keep a neutralized Ukraine out of NATO, but the continued fighting is turning into a grudge match between Putin and Zelenski.

I think that continuing Western military aid to Ukraine is only prolonging this conflict and making its ultimate resolution more difficult. In the long run, a hostile takeover of Ukraine would further isolate Russia economically and damage its international relations (particularly with China).

At this point, Putin needs Trump (more than Trump needs Putin) to end this war on acceptable terms. Otherwise, Russia faces the prospect of becoming a pariah nation ripe for internal revolt. Putin needs to play his cards carefully in the next few months.

This is how North Korea appreciates their fallen heroes and salutes the living. The movie is long and in korean, but it is worth watching.
