I remember on the 3rd time the condition was that the UN and other volunteers would distribute the food themselves to the people, Kim Jong-Il agreed (because North Korea sold the food the previous two times) and the second the planes were unloaded Kim Jong-Il told the UN to get the **** out or he will kill them and blow their planes up...
They don't even feed their people with the food aid. They sell the food and take the money and invest it into their nuclear program.
We may as well just fund their nuclear program...
We are funding their nuclear program by giving them food aid and helping them free up money for their nukes, what a sad joke we are.
The joke doesn't stop there.
China doesn't do a damn thing for North Korea except deport refugees back to North Korea, China lends us money, we use that money to give North Korea food aid, they sell the food back to guess who - the Chinese and the North Koreans invest it in their Nuclear program.... Guess who is stuck with the bill for that loony bullshit?? the American taxpayer.
How fucked up is that?
