What I said is true. The Constitution was written for American citizens. It was not written for terrorists, prisoners of war, enemy combatants, illegal aliens, or any other non-American citizen group. Even though the courts may, at times, apply the Constitution to the aforementioned groups, that does not change the fact of what I said.
so the courts are wrong and you are right....
what is your evidence for this? what precedent? what clause in the constitution supports your view?
what you're advocating is that anyone who is in the country, even visiting legally, does not have constitutional rights.....way wrong dude

Simply not true. ANYONE inside the US falls within the protections of the Constitution. Already debated and ruled on LONG AGO.
