And you can wear a condom, take birth control, use spermicidal, etc. The more you use the lower your chances. Or you can get a vasectomy or tubes tied if you want to be certain. Again, if you do something like have sex knowing there is a chance you'll get pregnant and do it anyway that's your decision and your choice, this your responsibility to accept the results. If you have sex knowing there is even a .01% of getting pregnant and still chose to do it then get pregnant it's still your choice to take the chance and still your responsibility.
