The whole idea was that during Bush the US planned on military operations in the oil-rich areas of the Middle East and Near East and was under the impression that there would be a petroleum shortage, so green energy was produced for the ships at sea first, then for land combat.

Trump's MAGA philosophy, a military with the greatest capability to do that is a very strong catalyst for world peace because nobody would risk challenging it. That military would rarely if ever be used to break things and kill the enemy.

The U.S. military should never be an 'equal opportunity' organization other than all who qualify should be in the military if they want to be. But those who qualify should have specific ability, be free of special needs, meet certain standards that increase the ability of the military to break things and kill the enemy.
