NO EXIT? How will the U S be able to extricate itself from Trump's "little excursion"?

Jeffrey Sachs: Ending the Trump-Netanyahu War

"First, the U.S. and Israel would immediately end their armed aggression across the entire region and withdraw their forces.

Second, Iran would stop its retaliatory strikes across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and resubmit to monitoring by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) under a revised Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), which President Trump recklessly abandoned in 2018.

Third, the Strait of Hormuz would reopen with mutual agreement of Iran and the GCC.

Fourth, the two-state solution would be immediately implemented by admitting Palestine as a full member state of the U.N.

Israel would be required to end its occupation of the West Bank and East Jerusalem and to withdraw its forces from Lebanon and Syria.

Fifth, the U.N. recognition of the State of Palestine would form the basis for a comprehensive regional disarmament of all non-state actors, verified under international monitoring. The end result would be a return to international law and the U.N. Charter."

Might be a tall order, because Israel won't allow Trump to leave and Iran wants to end this once and for all.

I would be very happy to see all fundamentalists who demand that everyone conform to their dogma neutralized,

That does not suggest that I license anyone to do it whatever way he chooses regardless of the consequences.
They have put hits out on Trump, killed 20 thousand of their own people for protesting, have been backing terrorist strikes against Israel and U.S. interests for decades. . .

FAFO, play stupid games win stupid prizes.

When someone bluffs too many times, too often and long enough for it to becomes tiresome, someone is going to call.

Don't let your mouth write checks your ass can't cash.

Looks like someone has to go in and get it out, kill the rest of the regime and Rev Guard.
Best to turn much more of Iran into ash first.
Regime change is the answer.
Keep on bombing,...and arm the Iranian People, they must fight for their future.
Bombing their daughters while in school does not win them over.

Simplistic solutions are not realistic.

Iranians, of course, do desperately want a better future, and they have been willing to protest under very difficult conditions. For an autocracy, the country has high levels of civic engagement. It is therefore possible that Iranians will succeed where other populations haven’t. But history suggests most of the country’s people will not heed Trump’s call, and that even if they do, they will have a hard time winning.

Did you attack Trump for his policy toward Iran 2017-2021, 2025?

We all know how the Islamofascists value the education of their little girls, don't we.

That sounds like an impeachable offense.
Trump was already impeached once, but guess what? The Senate had a Republican majority and it didn’t pass, Republicans hold a majority in the Senate right now. If impeached again, it will not pass again!!

It's a win win for you tardz.

Three week in and we've only destroyed their Navy, rendered their air defense and air forces ineffective, killed off their theocratic oligarchy, damaged their oil producing infrastructure, and almost destroyed their port from which more than ninety percent of their cargo departs.

It's a quagmire!
