Due process, for the vast majority of deportees, for almost 30 years, has been a review/decision by an INS/DHS/ICE officer, with no judge, no lawyer, and no appeal.
Trump has met the same due process burden met by both Obama and Clinton.

As I've said several times - I don't have any concrete evidence, either way. Neither do you. But Trump has a reputation for thumbing his nose at these kinds of Constitutional limitations. You conveniently ignored that part of my post.

My concern is with the debate over due process and who it applies to. We went through this same shit with the PATRIOT ACT. Due process applies to GOVERNMENT. Not to individuals. It's a limitation on the state's power to take away someone's liberty. ie they can't lock someone up (or deport them, or whatever) without proving they have a good reason.
