Glancing at the questions thus far leaked by the WH, I think they should be very concerned that Mueller already has answers to the questions he's asking Trump. And the answers probably aren't the answers Trump wants to give.

Lawyers rarely ask questions that they do not already have the answers to. So, why would the prosecutor need to ask those questions of the President except to hope for catching him in a false statement trap?

I am sure that Trump's lawyers also know how the game is played, and they will resist falling into the trap.

That would include white house personnel, personal lawyers to the president white house legal counsel and of course all of their staff. I would bet most of the investigation material is available to hundreds of people.

The laws that protect the secrecy of the grand jury investigation is very limited. It does not include witnesses, defendants, or defense attorneys, or a number of other people not directly connected to the investigation but who do have access to information.

Concerned about putting the president in legal jeopardy, his lead lawyer, John Dowd, was trying to convince Mr. Mueller he did not need to interview Mr. Trump, according to people briefed on the matter.

Mr. Mueller was apparently unsatisfied. He told Mr. Dowd in early March that he needed to question the president directly to determine whether he had criminal intent when he fired Mr. Comey, the people said.
