Not really the win MAGAts think it is. The Appellate Court dismissed Trump's request to pause the trial and only likely paused the dissolution of the Trump Org. until after the trial which already isn't looking to good for Donald.

At some point they risk Federal intervention if someone doesn't take a step back a start using sanity instead of political hatred. Trump was foolish to think that his past would not pop up during his tenure....having said that the rush to destruction herein can arguably be attributed to extreme bias and very possibly run afoul of federal law. That would be massively embarrassing for the state system.

It is a federal offense to use the court system that way. If someone can show that the multi state pattern is a single organized effort it can be quashed from the federal level regardless of the state systems. Trump's past is what it is....but it is not remarkably different than a hundred other NY state multi millionaires and only matters to NY as a political hammer.

There will be no federal intervention from the current DOJ. Won't happen. I can't prove it but gut level I'm pretty sure the DOJ is working the James and possibly the judge to take down Trump.
