I think the malicious lawfare we are seeing from the DOJ/FBI and their political operatives in the states has been recognized for what it is by the large majority of Americans who still think and just don't obey they 'woke' and partisan masters. State courts are the final arbiters of state laws and constitutions.

a federal court could only become involved if there is a federal law violation. Even then, the federal court cant rule on any state law violation.

the criminal charges stemmed from Trump's "private acts" prior to him becoming president. And the judge argued Trump's communications about the payments while he was in the White House did not touch on any official acts
