But being a LLC or any kind of corporation doesn’t shield the people in they corporation from liability if they commit crimes. There seems to be some serious confusion about that point.

Now that Trump is out of the White House, there is no shield against his prosecution. He’s now under criminal investigation in three different states. This will not end well for Trump

That person was elected. cosby was prosecuted, found guilty and is right now spending the rest of his life in prison.

The incumbent refused to prosecute bill cosby for his many rapes and sex crimes.

The challenger said very publicly he would.

The challenger won. Then prosecuted bill cosby. He was found guilty and is spending the rest of his life in prison.

The case wasn't thrown out before trial. It's not malicious prosecution.
