I don't see any onus you have placed on Trumpo needing to recognize the FACT that he lost the popular vote and should try to govern in a way to try to appeal to those that did not vote for him. And since you don't mention Trumpo's responsibility to the entire electorate you expect the never trump voters to be 'happy' no matter what Trumpo does.

Sorry no - The poll averages are indeed within the statistical margins of error. This one was 3.7 points. Take 6 or 8 of them, average out and you get a fairly accurate snapshot.
