1. I wouldn't mind a new world order.......but not the one that the oligarchy wants.

2. In order to eliminate the threat of oligarchy take-over, the people would physically have to rise up and exterminate those oligarchies that are the threat to society and humanity, and take their estates and monies to fund those in the greatest need of survival resources.
