So exactly what is this implant?

Could be a great advance but I would have many detail questions to ask before even thinking about what I guess to be a hugely invasive type of surgical process .

And if the FDA is involved -- which it has been -- I am jaundiced enough to think that the long term safety factors will need detail investigation -- because they could have been faked or missed , just like for the Covid killer shots. .
