New Hampshire capital includes Satanic symbol as part of their holiday display ‘to avoid litigation’

“The people” is not just some random person. In a democracy “the people” is the majority. That is what the phrase “the people” comes from and means. You trying to suggest some emo-pedo protesting Christianity is “the people” is ridiculous.
Oh, I see. So you think the First Amendment only applies to what the majority thinks.

If the majority of a community finds the word “fuck” offensive, that word should therefore be banned, right?

Feel better now?

I think you’re just upset that your sky daddy isn’t getting the special treatment you think he deserves, lol.
Well, face it. Void a theistic context, your life is just a biological fart. But please, feel free to describe your significance if you disagree.

And since you are an atheist, please explain to me why you believe in the equality of man.

Go to Harlem, say the Nword.

I am very significant. My sky daddy tells me so.

Are you having some trouble understanding the First Amendment? Let me help you out.

You are free to say the n-word without the government punishing you. That doesn't mean you won't run into consequences from others for what you say. Not complicated.
So you support someone going into a black community and saying the Nword?

And you also accept a community reacting to that expression? Like smashing a mannequin dressed up as Baphoment?

So you support someone going into a black community and saying the Nword?
I support someone having the right to do that.

The freedom of speech doesn’t only protect intelligent speech. If it did, you’d be in big trouble.

So is the black community wrong for how they respond to the Nword?

Why does my sky daddy matter to you?
Why are you ashamed of your sky daddy? Here you are discussing the freedom of theistic expression and you are unwilling to express your theistic orientation. Seems kinda sus.

If they respond with violence, I would say that’s legally wrong and it has consequences.

If they respond with words, I don’t see a problem with that.

Why does the identity of my sky daddy matter so much to you?

Do you believe if you went into a black majority urban area and said the Nword that you wouldn’t get your ass kicked?

If legal ramifications are your standard, why should people be fired from their jobs for saying the Nword?

I don’t really care. It’s just a normal question for a theistic discussion. I’ll assume you are a faggy atheist who only envokes your sky daddy when it’s advantageous to your online arguments.

That was the origin of our nation. Somehow you think that we will exist with hundreds of religions. We have had issues with different denominations of Christianity. Still do. There is not guarantee of a good life with what you spew. And the kicker is, the stupidity of those who are arrogant and are Christians have caused your views and now power. And Jews are really powerful.
Definitely not. America is a product of the Enlightenment era.

I might, I don’t know. I wouldn’t say it regardless. This still has nothing to do with the 1st Amendment, by the way.

Freedom of speech doesn’t mean that there aren’t consequences, including from your employer.

There’s plenty of speech that would be perfectly legally allowed, but not exactly professional, and therefore probably not allowed in the work place.

Not complicated.
