He had one on him, one cop took it and yelled "Gun" and with all the ruckus, the other officer thought he had his gun in hand. But he DID have a gun

Well, in the video, you can see him put his hands up when the agents come at him. Clearly an aggressive gesture.

When Pretti was shot, he was unarmed as well. His gun had been taken prior to him being killed.

What you call an escalation is a civil right. The ICE agent came after them, not the other way around.
CBP escalated. CBP became violent. CBP created the dangerous situation.

I've seen this before. A black family friend said "Oh, don't go around 9th, they busing niggas in to
stir things up around there". It's the same thing from the same party.

It was kinda weird, they had these small strips of shops or bars or whatever set wayyyy back from
the road with huge parking lots and it was solid people from the front of the places to the road on both sides. 1/4 mile square of blacks with each one, and there were a bunch.

Yes they moved him out the road he came back. They moved others out of the road. He shielded them.
