No ICE agents were attacked prior to Pretti receiving 10 bullets in the back while on his knees, with a cell phone in his right hand, his left flat on the ground and an ICE agent having removed his firearm (that he never even attempted to pull) from his rear holster.

Pretti went up to ICE agents while carrying a 9mm semi-auto pistol with 2-mags and 20-rounds of ammo.
ICE was removing two girls with whistles who were interfering with them.
Pretti joined in the scuffle while armed, got sprayed and taken down,
someone yelled "gun, gun, gun" and ICE shot Pretti 10x
No one had to get hurt if they did not interfere with ICE enforcing Federal Law.
I blame the governor and mayor for inciting violence instead of working with ICE like in other cities and states.

The person shot was actually in the middle of the street directing cars to drive through the enforcement operation -- there were ICE Agents in the street. The guys actions were causing hazards for them.

What hazards to agents was Pretti causing? Are we going to hear, like in the Renee Good shooting, Pretti was blocking traffic and blocking agents, this time with his body?

The agent then pushes a lady down when she stumbles in the snow while going backwards.

The guy comes to he assistance, and the Agent then pushes him and he pushes back.

It is illegal in 16 states to concealed carry or open carry at demonstrations, protests and licensed public gatherings. Minnesota is not one of those states. However, the spirit of the law makes sense and we saw why with the Alex Pretti shooting. Tensions are to high and everyone is on edge.

However, according to Minnesota law armed confrontation or obstructing police can lead to, or be deemed, criminal activity.

This was just a completely irresponsible act by Pretti to carry a concealed weapon to a very intense, emotional rally and to confront officers. Once they went after him he needed to cooperate. It also doesn't look good that ICE confirms they were detaining an illegal with a criminal history.
