Except, of course, that nowhere is it shown that he attacked ICE.
At all.
In fact, it is becoming increasingly clear that he was shot AFTER he was disarmed.
Federal officials said Alex Pretti, 37, “brandished” a handgun at officers and intended to kill them. Videos show Pretti didn’t have a firearm in his hand before he was shot.

But at least five videos of the confrontation — recorded by eyewitnesses and verified and analyzed by NBC News — run counter to many of the administration’s statements. The videos show Pretti did not hold a weapon during the skirmish that began with him coming to the aid of a person pushed to the ground and ended with him on his knees, surrounded by agents. And the videos appear to show that a federal agent removed a gun from Pretti’s back holster just before he was shot.
Are you saying that the mere possession of a legal firearm is probable cause for the use of deadly force?
Because it ain't~
