New: CBP Shoots and Kills Man in MN

ICE got physical. Are they incapable of behaving like grown men? Because they all seem to want to act like childish bullies.
Do you know the procedures for dealing with suspects who are non compliance?

You are allowed to observe them and video them. You are allowed to follow them. You are allowed to yell at them. You are allowed to be mean to them.

None of this is obstructing.
When they temporarily close off a road to make an arrest and you're strolling down the street and are told to get to the sidewalk, and you don't, you've just violated a lawful order and now are obstructing.

But wait, if it’s targeted, why would they care if he “fled”. But also, why do you believe ICE? These guys have been caught lying over and over again. Notice how they didn’t release any video of the encounter, and there never will be because you’re supposed to just accept whatever they say

If you see a cop and you start running, that’s going to give them reason to suspect that you might be guilty of something.

More examples:

In the links provided. Didn’t you read it?

The links you provided talks about out ONE guy who fled from police, giving them probable cause, and 2 links discussing rulings on the law that says ice agents CAN do warrantless entries, but no examples of them actually doing it.

You are not required to give them information if you know something.

you can reserve the right to remain silent, but lying to a federal officer is considered obstruction, if they are in the process of doing their job.

From a distance, yes, but if you are up their face, or in the immediate are of their operation, they have a right to remove you.

Someone was wrongfully shot, that's for sure. But it was an ACCIDENT because they couldn't hear one another. Hello?
It’s remarkable watching you guys keep coming up with new angles to see what sticks.

It’s like watching the evolution of misinformation.

Cut the crap will ya. You seemed to forgot the angles your side came up with to turn St. Floyd into an angelic figure who was killed wantonly by the police.

Where’s the video of him running?

Why are you ignoring the rest of the videos?

The ruling was that ICE can’t do warrantless entries. But again, you denied that they were doing that in the first place.

So you’re changing your story, because you just claimed that it’s obstruction to not telling officers something.

Being dozens of feet away doesn’t constitute obstruction. Neither does following them.

But ICE has decided that they can’t attack and harass you for doing that.

The guy had multiple opportunities to de-escalate -- even to leave.
He did not.
Instead, the guy committed at least three federal felonies.
THEN the ICE agents discovered he was armed.
THEN he resisted arrest.
At that point, not much needs to go wrong for the whole situation to go to shit, and it did.

You have the right to carry a gun for lawful purposes.
if you commit felonies while carrying a gun, you are no longer exercising your rights.
If you are carrying a gun so you can defend yourself after you commit felonies, you are no longer exercising your rights.

A Visa overstay doesn't violate any LAW.
It's a violation, and produces no criminal record.
So it's a misnomer to call them "illegal".
They are not legal residents. So, what are they? How many laws did they violate just as a consequence of being here?

I can’t argue with someone who doesn’t have an open mind.

Your whole argument boils down to not wanting to know.
I have an open mind, but what I see, this doesn't comport to open mindedness, what you're really saying is agree with me or I'll denigrate, mock, and dismiss your argument...It's all very childish.

Ya know, there was a time where Democrats and Republican's disagreed with much, but on the essential things that made America safe, law abiding, and strong, Democrats, and Republican's agreed on.

Today, that doesn't seem to be the case...Democrats have decided that they'll sell out to the radical agenda of tearing this country down, in favor of some Marxist, Socialist agenda that they think will bring them eutopia.

The CBP kept escalating and escalating and escalating.
