New: CBP Shoots and Kills Man in MN

Pretti went up to ICE agents while carrying a 9mm semi-auto pistol with 2-mags and 20-rounds of ammo.
ICE was removing two girls with whistles who were interfering with them.
Pretti joined in the scuffle while armed, got sprayed and taken down,
someone yelled "gun, gun, gun" and ICE shot Pretti 10x
No one had to get hurt if they did not interfere with ICE enforcing Federal Law.
I blame the governor and mayor for inciting violence instead of working with ICE like in other cities and states.
So, is there a limit on how much ammo you can carry?

They had already disarmed him and he was on the ground, you are telling us that public execution is ok if he isn't a Trump Humper.

Just looked at the incident again from a range of angles. In any normal western country, the ICE agent would absolutely be doing jail time. At no time was Pretti a fatal threat to the officers. In fact he had his bad to them most of the encounter and was well disarmed before he was shot. If seven ICE officers can control an unarmed man (who was never a threat), you have to ask how they hell are they law enforcement.

But the US is now turning into a dystopian nightmare. It might recover. It might not.
The IDIOT engaged ICE while packing.

He is Dead by his own actions.

Protestors need to STAY THE **** HOME

I don't have to "tell LE" a goddamned thing if I'm filming events from across the street. LE is not my God. They work for the American people -- "We The People." Have you ever heard the term "... shall not be infringed?"
If Pretti filmed from across the street he would still be alive.
He approached the agents while carrying a concealed weapon
In any event ... since when can an agent murder an unarmed (disarmed) man because he didn't disclose if he's carrying or not?
Since someone yelled "gun, gun, gun".
Multiple agents responded as per their training.
The governor and mayor inciting people to interfere with ICE enforcing Federal Law instead of cooperating with ICE got two people killed.

You left off the part where ICE agents crossed the road to attack the protesters because they where being loud and videoing them.

ICE doesn't like being videoed in public, it pisses them off and they went into a rage.

It was ICE that initiated violence, not the protesters.

Really? Can you show me the training that allows them to shoot an unarmed man lying on the ground that they have disarmed.

Like i said you people see something different from what actually happened, at no point did he brandish or even unholster a gun, he had a license to carry under your own gun laws, this is how Fascism creeps into your society.
True fascism happens when they take the guns from the people.

Try again.

He was attempting to help a woman exit the street and ICE came after him.

He DID NOT approach agents. They approched him.

Under current law, which is found in Graham v Conner, you of course are incorrect

The US is not turning into a dystopian nightmare. MN might be but that’s due to state and local govt. the president would be wise to call in the insurrection act if the govt there doesn’t tone down their rhetoric

Did he jump on them? It's amazing how you clowns advocate for carrying a gun until you don't like the person who is carrying it. Rittenhouse was walking down the street with a loaded AR15 at a protest and you clowns claimed he was within his rights, here is a man who was legally carrying a gun, was on the ground disarmed and cowards murdered him and you claim it was a good shoot.
Yes, this.

Read it and learn from it, you Trump bootlickers.

Here is what I saw:
1. Two girls were 2' from ICE blowing whistles as ICE was performing their duties at their vehicle in the street
2. Pretti was about 30' away in the middle of the street recording with his iPhone
3. ICE agents began pushing the two girls to the curb spraying them
4. Pretti stupidly went to assist the girls while armed, got sprayed, taken down and resisted
5. someone yelled "gun, gun, gun" and Pretti got shot and killed

In the eye of the beholder...
If the governor and mayor would have cooperated with ICE instead of inciting violent resistance, like in other American cities and states, no one would be dead.

I agree to a point. If you study the video, between 25s and 30s Pretti made a fatal error.

He should have disengaged when he had the chance to get away, instead he went toward the agents and ended up dead.

My friend, every video shows Pretti holding his phone camera up videoing ICE's public actions.

Even when he was shot in the back while dragged up to his knees he was still holding the camera in his right hand while his left had was flat on the ground when the agent mag dumped into his back.

The cops have a second to make a decision; we have years to analyze it.

It was a good shoot. Attack LEO with a gun in your pants and you might wind up dead.

LEO do NOT have to:

1. Wait until you touch your gun
2. Wait until you draw your gun
3. Wait until you aim your gun
4. Wait until you fire your gun.

They only have to feel threatened. And having an armed whackjob attack you is a threat. Any jury would say the same thing.

**** around, find out.

You have a right to peacefully protest. Go beyond that at your own risk.

Oh, and OP, learn how to spell. It's STABILIZED.
How is this an attack you dipshit? Alex was murdered. You cant be in fear of your life from someone YOU attacked and disarmed with 7 of your buddies. This was an execution.

True. Pretti didn't piss ICE off, it was the two girls 2' away interfering with them that angered ICE

Agreed. The fatal error was engaging ICE while carrying a 9mm semi-auto with 2-mags and 20-rounds.
When someone yelled "gun, gun, gun" ICE responded as per their training

Because the cell phone was used as a designator to call down stikes from the Jewish Space LASER.

Geez...

Everyone knows that.

Except Alex Pretti didn't "attack" ICE agents.
Yes he did!

When the police officer was spraying Pretti's co-conspirator, Pretti shoved the police officers arm to direct the spray away from her. Whether you think he was justified to do that or not, it was still an attack on the officer.

Pretti sought out trouble and found it. Bit off more than he could chew, methinks.

So, if an officer was punching you in the face and you grabbed his hand to stop him from punching you, are you telling me that is an attack on an officer.

Fools like you said the same thing when Bull Connor was attacking black folks and putting dogs on them.
