New: CBP Shoots and Kills Man in MN

Because Kyle was attacked. This guy wasn't attacked, HE WAS THE ATTACKER.

Are you really that stupid?
Hahahaha. You didn't watch the video, apparently. He didn't attack anyone at all. He pointed a cell phone. That's not an "attack." He was literally shot AFTER he was disarmed. He had never pulled his gun nor was he doing anything that can be misconstrued as aggression towards an agent. He was murdered for being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

I never said she deserved to die. I never celebrated anything.
There was a difference though. She broke through glass and was heading upstairs.
The guy in Minneapolis was trying to help somebody up who had fallen over. I mean, I did see the video. So there is no mistaking it. At all. Well unless you're an idiot. Are you an idiot, god?
Incorrect she had not broken glass. She was standing with a large group of people, on the other side of a door…unarmed

The gentleman in Mn was armed and interfering with law enforcement engaged in an arrest of a domestic assault convict who was here illegally

Both were tragic but justified shootings given the current law and the facts and circumstances around them

Um no, he wasn't recording anything. You guys continue to change your story. First it was "he was jumping in to defend two women taken down by ICE." Then when pointed out that he can't do that, and with a gun, is going to get him killed, you changed to narrative to "he was filming them."

No, he wasn't. He got shot and killed for attacking ICE.

Like i said you people see something different from what actually happened, at no point did he brandish or even unholster a gun, he had a license to carry under your own gun laws, this is how Fascism creeps into your society.
You don't know what you are talking about.
Yes he was licensed to carry a gun.
But, when you approach Federal agents in the middle of arresting a criminal carrying that legal gun, the Federal agents do not know your intention and assume criminal intent. It was moronic to get within 50' of Federal agents carrying a loaded gun, a "fatal error".

The video clearly shows him fighting with ICE agents. With a gun, up in their face and when told to back off, didn't.

FAFO.

No it doesn't.

The video shows Pretti on the sidewalk videoing ICE agens that then ran over and attacked him when he was trying to help a woman that ICE had pepper sprays.

(A) He never attacked ICE agents
(B) He never pulled his firearm
(C) He was face down on the ground when an ICE agent pulled his firearm from his holster and exited the scrum
(D) It was another ICE agent that then mag dumped his weapon into the back of an unarmed man

Taking video of law enforcement is not a capital offense.

Fuckstick probably can't even legally own a gun, much less knows that there are laws pertaining to CCW holders. He's a fuckstick, what can I say?

He was recording and he was defending a woman. Have you ever done more than one thing at a time?

We have a 2nd Amendment right to carry a firearm. The man had a carry permit. There is NO LAW that says you can carry a weapon unless you're filming ICE agents. Only a dope could reach that conclusion.

They approached HIM, they executed the man after his gun was taken away, what about that don't you get?

If you are carrying a weapon and NOT telling LE that you have that weapon, YOU ARE VIOLATING THE LAW. At least that's the law in Louisiana. If you are interfering with them doing their job and you have a gun, you're a stupid ******* liberal.

You don't know, you've never had a CCW permit, so STFU.

Like i say the Fascists deny the evidence of their own eyes then spin it as something else.

1) The police didn't know he was armed until after they took the weapon off him. Up until that point, nobody knew and he didn't bring it out. He was no threat to anybody. He looked like he was trying to calm the situation to me.
2) I think you will find this one in Minneapolis, if investigated correctly (it won't be), the officer would be tried and convicted. Probably manslaughter at most. It won't though.
3) Is there any circumstance where a Trump deplorable will call out anything his administration does?

I don't have to "tell LE" a goddamned thing if I'm filming events from across the street. LE is not my God. They work for the American people -- "We The People." Have you ever heard the term "... shall not be infringed?"

In any event ... since when can an agent murder an unarmed (disarmed) man because he didn't disclose if he's carrying or not?

1) i didn’t say rhey knew he was armed before they saw the firearm
2) i disagree. Under the it was reasonable
3) yes. I think he’s post about only criminals carry guns on the street is wrong. Certainly I think it’s odd this guy had an assault weapon. With 40 rounds on him, and purposely engaged police, but that in and of itself isn’t criminal. Had he stood on the sidewalk and just filmed he’d be a live today and carry on with his life

I have owned guns back in the day before our Government went crazy and banned legal shooters like me from owning them, that was after two high profile massacres in the UK, so you know nothing about me.

Why was he fighting the agents?
If someone, including the police, starts hitting you in the face, you'll raise your hands to defend yourself, purely instinctively, right?
That's it! You're fighting the police! Say goodbye to life.

Pretti went up to ICE agents while carrying a 9mm semi-auto pistol with 2-mags and 20-rounds of ammo.
ICE was removing two girls with whistles who were interfering with them.
Pretti joined in the scuffle while armed, got sprayed and taken down,
someone yelled "gun, gun, gun" and ICE shot Pretti 10x
No one had to get hurt if they did not interfere with ICE enforcing Federal Law.
I blame the governor and mayor for inciting violence instead of working with ICE like in other cities and states.

Just looked at the incident again from a range of angles. In any normal western country, the ICE agent would absolutely be doing jail time. At no time was Pretti a fatal threat to the officers. In fact he had his bad to them most of the encounter and was well disarmed before he was shot. If seven ICE officers can control an unarmed man (who was never a threat), you have to ask how they hell are they law enforcement.

But the US is now turning into a dystopian nightmare. It might recover. It might not.

Having a license to carry DOES NOT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE. If you jump on LEO while they are effectuating an arrest, and are armed, YOU WILL BE SHOT. In fact, having a license to carry means you have to disclose to ANY LEO you come into contact with that you are carrying a gun. So he violated the law right there.

See, I have a license to carry, I know the laws. You don't, fuckstick.
Did he jump on them? It's amazing how you clowns advocate for carrying a gun until you don't like the person who is carrying it. Rittenhouse was walking down the street with a loaded AR15 at a protest and you clowns claimed he was within his rights, here is a man who was legally carrying a gun, was on the ground disarmed and cowards murdered him and you claim it was a good shoot.

Looks like Trump and his Gestapo have shredded the US constitution like they have international law.
