This is coming from a well known and respected detective who retired. There are definitely some stories worth sharing of TPS and Peel Region Police in particular.

It is Canada, this, this allegation is not surprising. The quality of those in the security industrial complex is woefully inept and devoid of character and it will cost us trillions over the next decade. Canada is not your ally since we do not defend civil liberties and human rights, we are more akin to the East German system a destroying lives of citizens across multiple facets of their life without accountability. They do not hate me because I am the bad guy the hate me because I have educated Americans.

The Creepy Ones in Canada are indeed very creepy...

Retired Toronto homicide chief Hank Idsinga has accused the Toronto Police Service of harbouring systemic antisemitism and racism, alleging such biases have hindered hate crime investigations and eroded trust. His claims come amid a national conversation on rising antisemitism, with a new Senate report urging stronger enforcement, education, and the reinstatement of a dedicated federal envoy. Toronto Police have invited Idsinga to formally report his concerns but say his public allegations risk undermining confidence in the force.

Former homicide chief accuses Toronto police of systemic antisemitism

Hank Idsinga, who led Toronto’s homicide unit to an exceptional clearance rate, alleges that antisemitism and racism were entrenched within the Toronto Police Service. He recounts incidents where senior officers used antisemitic slurs and claims such attitudes directly affected hate crime investigations. Idsinga links these biases to muted police responses to post–Oct. 7 protests targeting Jewish communities, suggesting prejudice influenced operational decisions.
