I was pulling my gun because I was going to be attacked in my truck for no reason. I didn't START the fight with him. Big ******* difference. I should not have to FACE CONSEQUENCES for doing nothing other than backing into a dock to get unloaded after being told to do so by the manager of the company I was delivering to. He was committing a felony vehicle burglary at the time. **** AROUND AND FIND OUT. In Louisiana I could have shot him dead at the door. Once he opened my door, that's it. I called the LA state police and they confirmed it. They said having a company key that opens all doors to all company trucks does NOT give you permission to do so. That guy had a truck he was assigned to, and it wasn't mine. He actually wasn't even issued a company truck, he was leasing an OLD company truck which uses the same key. And he was obviously in a rage that he put himself in. My job was to defend myself. After being shot by a ghetto negro, it won't happen again. I told my company that. Now they believe me. The fact that this happened and the boss never told me a thing and I still have a job means I did nothing wrong. Thank GOD for dashcams.

I am not required by ANYONE to get into any fights that I don't want to be in. If I don't start the fight, I WILL finish it.
