An ICBM is technically a range of at least 3,400 miles. So Iran was weeks away from having ICBMs. Its not geography.

At least 400 pounds of it. Thing is, you only need 5% enrichment to meet the needs of nuclear power generation, anything over 20% enriched is technically considered weapons grade, and the more enriched you become, the easier it it is to enrich it farther. No one enriches to 60% U235 unless they are intending to make nuclear bombs, and 60% is the enrichment you want to reach as a holding platform until you are actually ready to put it in the bombs.
