NC has responded to the Feds

No. Sorry, you've been lied to with invented pseudo science.
WebMD disagrees with you.

What Is Gender Dysphoria?

Is that related to the liberal disease of Gender Hysteria?
No, there is no such disease. There is a conservative disease called Terrified of Men that Think They are Women.

You actually don't understand the discussion, you're not faking, are you? Here's a ball, look, it's bouncy. Run along and play
Still waiting for you to let us know how this will be verified. People looking down pants at the entrance to the toilet? DNA test?

You and who else are waiting, Queen Elizabeth?

refuting your bullshit ,,,

Well then, you might want to try something that isn't so 100% consistent with my "bullshit."

You know, I'm a little disappointed. You're one of the more level headed people around here. I would think you would respect me enough to distinguish between my bullshit that I feed the morons, and times when you and I have an honest difference of opinion.

Don't get me wrong, if you like pie, you know I can serve it up. I just thought of you as more of a chicken and rice type.

my disagreement with you is an honest one.
your" bullshit"is no refutation of an actual science and to call it a pseudo science puts it in the same league as phrenolgy pyramid power crystal power etc,

Science supports them .
Damn you're ignorant.

No, it doesn't. But that's okay.
Yes it does.

No. Sorry, you've been lied to with invented pseudo science.
WebMD disagrees with you.

What Is Gender Dysphoria?

Actually, it doesn't. It says exactly what I've said. That it's nothing more than a feeling. There is no scientific information that there is anything more to it than individual's subjective feelings. And there is nothing that indicates that the concept of a gender identity distinct from biological sex has any merits beyond some people claiming to have said feelings.

This is where the stupid PA laws have led us.
stupid because they don't benefit you?

Stupid because they force people to work for people they don't want to work for, and because they only provide protection against certain discrimination.

PA laws are by their very nature a violation of the equal protection clause of the COTUS.
false . love the mis representation

How is it false?

Look at federal PA laws, are gays afforded the same protections as the disabled? Nope.

The only PA laws that should exist are that government and government controlled monopolies (electric, post office, ...) should be prohibited from discrimination

Absolutely correct, all Americans DO have a right to government services. Which is why, for example, a person can both say the woman in Kentucky was wrong to deny government services AND Bruce Springsteen has a right to not have any concert he doesn't want to have.

I'm not sure why you're saying that to me when it's no duh to everything I believe.

The only point I'm making with the left is they want government to use it's guns to force citizens to bake each other cakes. Why in that world is it not therefore wrong to use guns to force citizens to sing each other songs?

And you know a manly lesbian isn't a man how? You know an effeminate man isn't a woman how? Trans women live and dress as women, that's how you know. The actual point is that 99% of the time you don't know and when you think you do, you're wrong.

I'm sure those people use your and Sarah's bathroom all the time, but that's OK, it's your bathroom. You can do with it what you want, just like NC businesses should be able to use their bathrooms how they want. But those extremes outside Gay Fran are more rare than actual transgenders are. But in cases that far, OK, what does it have to do with a sexual predator who just looks like a guy and is a sexual predator, not a transgender?

There is already a law preventing sexual predators in bathrooms

Oh yeah, I forgot, it's illegal for sexual predators to go in girls bathrooms. You know, maybe we should make sexual assaults illegal, then they won't do that either. Jesus, how are you the first person to think of that?

Since you can't answer how you'd know a sexual predator isn't a transgender if he walks in the bathroom, clearly you know you can't tell either or you'd be glad to answer. Apparently your gaydar's not as good as you thought it was

I thought you were all about not having unnecessary laws

:wtf:

When local governments force businesses how to use their own bathrooms, and I want that infringement on their liberty stopped, I'm the one who wants "unnecessary laws." That I don't want laws infringing on private property rights

:wtf:

Provide statistics as to why a law requiring people to use the bathroom associated with their chromosomes is necessary. Show us incidents of trans people harassing children and women. Show us incidents of trans folks doing anything other than evacuating and washing.

Zero girls have been molested by trans women in women's restrooms.

Begging the question. I asked you how many you want for it to be a problem. 1? 10? 100? 1,000?

Your question has a false premise. No girls or women are protected by anti trans laws.

There are already laws that prevent people from being molested in bathrooms. I thought you didn't like unnecessary and ridiculous laws. Anti trans laws are both.

What government does Bruce Springsteen work for? What taxpayer dollars support him? What class of people were discriminated against by him cancelling a concert in a location?

there's an undertone in all this anti trans nonsense it seems as if it's supports are struggling with their own impulses .

It was probably a shock to a lot of his fans to find out he was not a "real man" because he supports the rights of others.

And here we are again. The last trick in the cult of LGBT bag of tricks: "If you disagree with our latest outrageous legal push, no matter how insane it is on its face, YOU likely have the tendencies you're fighting off". Words like skunk spray to make debaters go away. Except those who see through the ruse and keep on debating fearlessly.

Im still wondering how this is discrimination :dunno:

This action is about a great deal more than just bathrooms. This is about the dignity and respect we accord our fellow citizens and the laws that we, as a people and as a country, have enacted to protect them – indeed, to protect all of us. And it’s about the founding ideals that have led this country – haltingly but inexorably – in the direction of fairness, inclusion and equality for all Americans."

"This is not the first time that we have seen discriminatory responses to historic moments of progress for our nation. We saw it in the Jim Crow laws that followed the Emancipation Proclamation. We saw it in fierce and widespread resistance to Brown v. Board of Education. And we saw it in the proliferation of state bans on same-sex unions intended to stifle any hope that gay and lesbian Americans might one day be afforded the right to marry."

I still want to see you eat a cake you force a baker to make. Can you post a video?

Dignity and respect are not government forcing the owner of bathrooms to implement government social policies. It is in fact the complete reverse, it's an abomination for government to treat it's citizens with such disregard

I'm glad Loretta Lynch agrees that the dignity and respect of actual women and girls to their expectation and reliance upon privacy in their segregated hygiene retreats denoted by the word "women" by the door, deserve protection. Especially those actual women and girls (people born with wombs) who have been sexually assaulted by men exactly when they were intimately vulnerable.
