NBC Sports: 'Kaepernick should get a Statue in the Smithsonian Museum'

Uh apparently the person has never been to the Smithsonian. Not a lot of statues of people about the place.

Well, NBC Sports will get its wish.

In the new America that is emerging, that great athlete will not only get a statue but will have his name on many streets and maybe even a city will be renamed for him.

And he may end up as President or at least Vice President.

One's grandchildren's children will be living in a very interesting country. An absolute Utopia.

There is one institution on the mall called the African American history museum (or something like that).

Sad to say, but we white people couldn't care less whose statue goes into that piece of the Smithsonian. Justice Thomas will never go in. Walter Williams will never be honored there, nor will Thomas Sowell. Colin K...WGAS?

All conservatives. We do not honor conservatives.

Call me old fashioned by I tend to believe things like statues should be reserved for people with some sort of exceptional achievement. What’s Kapernick’s exceptional achievement?
