Well, right. It depends on the State you're in. You can store a gun in your vehicle in Florida, AFAIK.
It's because I'm English, I don't do American Butchered English.Of course you don't
Well, right.
Where it is legal to store a gun in a vehicle, there's no argument that if it is stolen, you're on the hook.
If you're legally carrying, someone gets the drop on you, KOs you and steals your gun, are you liable for the crimes committed with it?
No?
Same thing.
We speak better English than Brits or Scots or Aussies or South Africans. By far. Everybody knows it. Even high class Brits admit it. We (Americans) stopped you from ruining your own language. Thee, Thou, Dost, Doth....... Gimme a break. Elizabethan was bad enough then it got even worse. It's because I'm English, I don't do American Butchered English.
So there'll no longer be any prohibition on me walking past schools with a concealed carry, they'll repeal the federal GFSZA law? Excellent, this draconian restriction has been a real abuse of my constitutional rights.
because I am not a ******* idiot,,How do you know? you doing it?
you mean the part that saysNot surprise you go against legal reading of the Constitution by the Supreme Court.
Unless you are walking/driving to your private property.Unless you are a cop or the gun is not loaded.
The school zone law is a federal law, if you bring your weapon within 1,000 ft of a school and you're not on private land, you're breaking federal law.

Since we have been getting an increased number of questions about this law in the recent weeks I am taking this opportunity to share some information thatwww.concealedcarry.com
Yes, unconstitutional restrictions on law abiding citizens walking down a street with their gun if they happen to walk past a school. All this will do is recognize national reciprocity, there will still be laws like carrying in federal buildings, state buildings and schools
No you don't, you're butchered English is retarded. It's lazy, basic, and a lot pronounced incorrectly. You are indoctrinated that it's amazing. It ain't, it's retarded. We speak better English than Brits or Scots or Aussies or South Africans. By far. Everybody knows it. Even high class Brits admit it. Why do all singers sing with an American Accent? Ever thought of that?
I am always right. Deal with it
In the EU and UK, we don't walk in a public place with guns, they are fun free zones. You will find there's no need. The US suffers greater crime, nose bleeding levels of gun deaths, much higher knife deaths, and dreadful statistics. Having guns on you to protect yourself is a fallacy, the stats and reality shows you that. But the planet can't fix stoopid. Most yanks have never been outside of their borders and thus don't have a grasp on reality. All this will do is recognize national reciprocity, there will still be laws like carrying in federal buildings, state buildings and schools
Yes you can. You can't carry on prohibited grounds that have signs. I have an Arizona CCL and that's part of the course. Public sidewalks and easements are allowed carry locations. A property can be posted with a no firearms sign, but it is invalid on the street, sidewalk or public access easement that utilities use.Me too, but you can't walk/drive past a school with it...
,,,it worked very well for Ellie Nessler. So you do want to be able to bring guns into court rooms?
In college I argued with my English professor that American and English are either different dialects, or different languages altogether. He disagreed, so I spent the rest of the semester writing all my papers using English idiom, spelling and vernacular. He eventually surrendered. American has a lot of loan words that English lacks, especially in the Southwest where we have integrated Spanish words and terms. All of the US has integrated a lot of Yiddish words and concepts. No you don't, you're butchered English is retarded. It's lazy, basic, and a lot pronounced incorrectly. England became England 12 July 927, way before it put the mentally ill on the Mayflower. Deal with it.

Regulation is not infringement, is the Supreme Courts interpretation and has been since the early 1900s. I have no problem with it, and no problem having a loaded 9mm weapon in left side of my shoulder holster with two extra magazines, along with two spare loaded magazines on the right for balance, and use, if necessary. What do you carry daily, Mr Gunrights?you mean the part that says
"SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED"??
It's been over 200 years since we last kicked your asses. No you don't, you're butchered English is retarded. It's lazy, basic, and a lot pronounced incorrectly. You are indoctrinated that it's amazing. It ain't, it's retarded.
