No just a reasonable person. You are the thick one who can't recognize the difference between a privilege and a right. there was a time when every Englishman had the right to carry arms.Another thick yank.

You are utterly thick on UK gun law, you yanks just spew the same old retarded clichés, you have no capability in learning. There's threads in the European section on the laws and which guns you can own. There's a thread on which automatic guns you can own.No just a reasonable person. Self defense is not a good reason to get a hand gun. Short of belonging to a gun club or the like, you wouldn't qualify, right? It isn't, you might find it tricky because you have to use your brain. The good reason is, you go clay pigeon shooting (shotgun) or you're a gun shooting range member (firearm).
Just pay the fee and apply.
This is why Yanks would fail a UK gun application because their good reason is just to shoot others because of the self defence fallacy. The whole problem with guns is people getting shot, and your brain is in default mode to shoot others in the name of the self defence fallacy.
More Guns, More Death
If you're a member of a gun club / shooting range, that's a good reason to own a firearm.Self defense is not a good reason to get a hand gun. Short of belonging to a gun club or the like, you wouldn't qualify, right?

Rather than hire/loan a gun for shooting, have your own. Defence isn't because believe it or not, the whole problem in America is that people are getting shot, that's why you lot are arguing. Did you not realise that??Why is that a good reason, but defense of self/others isn't?
This is a huge step forward for civil rights.
I hope Congress and the president understand how important self-defense is to our nation, and pass this bill into law quickly and decisively.

When I see comments on YouTube, I make a note of some. Here's one -
In the UK one of the freedoms we don't have is the right to bear arms, and in all my 66 years I've never met a single person who actually wants that particular freedom, especially when we've seen the effects of that 'freedom' in America.
I don't know the nationality of the person.
Onto clichés nowUndoubtedly a subject of an authoritarian regime like yours, or another of the dying former colonial powers.

You were gelded generations ago. Tug your forelock and do as your betters tell you.In the EU and UK, we don't walk in a public place with guns, they are fun free zones. You will find there's no need. The US suffers greater crime, nose bleeding levels of gun deaths, much higher knife deaths, and dreadful statistics. Having guns on you to protect yourself is a fallacy, the stats and reality shows you that. But the planet can't fix stoopid. Most yanks have never been outside of their borders and thus don't have a grasp on reality.
