National constitutional carry bill heading to Congress

WTF is that? Something from your imagination?
No. The Departmental seal is right on my Permit. State of Tennessee requires not only local agency check, but national agency check before issuing permit.

If Birthright Citizenship Stands then at a minimum the SCOTUS will allow Reciprocity for Permits ( and Perhaps Constitutional Carry )

More Guns, More Death: The Fundamental Fact that Supports a Comprehensive Approach to Reducing Gun Violence in America

From AI...........According to a significant body of research, gun possession generally makes you less safe, as studies show that having a gun in the home increases the risk of homicide, suicide, unintentional shootings, and domestic violence, often outweighing any perceived protective benefit from owning a firearm.

I laugh

Thank you for your input comrade. Why not just assume everyone is carrying?
I kind of do, around here, though, actually far from common, though many have one in the glove compartment.

So the state of Tennessee renamed a federal agency? You really need to see a doctor.

That's funny! I live in TN and don't have any permit because it is not required. Are you special?

The majority of states in the country already have permit-less carry. This would just make it national, which is long overdue to protect law-abiding citizens in anti-civil rights states like California, New York, Massachusetts, Illinois, etc.
And Maryland.

In fact, if you even have a Carry Permit in your own State, don't go to Maryland. Ever.

They have License Plate Readers that can also check your DL to see if you have a Carry Permit. If you do, they are VERY likely to pull you over and search your car.

We've had a couple cases where a gun was found in the car glove box, luggage, in the console... Whatever. And the occupants were arrested and charged with some ******* bullshit Maryland concealed weapons charge. It cost them TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars and years of traveling back and forth. Not to mention, the lawyers up there are nothing but thieves. all of them

Best thing -- Just stay out of that shithole. Completely. If you must go through that shit-state and you have a CCW, make 100% sure you don't have anything that can be construed as a weapon. Then double check again. Know those scumbags, they might consider a hair brush a weapon.

THAT is one very important reason Trump is trying to get a National Carry Bill through. Scumbag, FILTH States like Maryland. The scummiest scumbag State in the Union. A total piece of shit State. Everything about Maryland sucks. Especially the dirty, smelly pieces of shit that live there

Just imagine grown "men" that want the govt to take away their protection for their family.
So now this "man" has to depend on other men to protect his woman and kids LOL.
Yep. Definitely a leftist.

States like California, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Maryland, Massachusetts, Washington State, Colorado and Connecticut do not have reciprocal laws for concealed carry within their state with other states.

Must be, if you say so.
You do realize, that 9 of the top 10 states for officers killed in the line of duty between 2013 and 2022, are constitutional carry (no permit required) states, right?

Reciprocity :That is the change we seek first ( open carry is currently a bridge too far )

Risk is part of living. Crossing the street is a risk. Marriage is a risk. Self defense is a natural right and it's none of the government's business.
