Illicit drugs is a Trillion dollar industry in America. It has been speculated that illegal drugs generate more money in the economy than legal pharmaceuticals.

The criminals who profit from their manufacturer and sale are going to do whatever they can to expand and protect their share of that market.

Legalizing recreational drugs would be an admission that we've wasted billions of dollars and decades of time trying to fight it but .... it would put these criminals out of a job.

The problem is all the illegal grows. I know plenty of people who grow for themselves or a few patients that grow organicly. You have these scumbag cartel members who come here though and use chemicals and trash the environment, they grow loads to ship east and don't care what they do. That makes all growers and responsible medical users look bad cause when people like those in the vid think marijuana they think of these assholes
