N.H. Town Offers Pizza Deliverers 'Booze Bounty'

Police in Portsmouth hope to enlist pizza delivery people and hotel clerks to help cut into underage drinking and parents who allow it.

I know many are going to rail against this, but if parents were more responsible, this might not be needed....
