My view of the United States Constitution

Sooooo, if they are not productive, and thus a net drain on society, why should they be able to vote?

Every person has the right to vote for the person who best represents their interests.

The man living under a bridge has the same vote as the person who built that bridge.

The Constitution is four pages long.
It was never intended to dictate how a society should operate.
That is why most of the document is centered on setting up a government.

Basically saying…..do what is in the best interests of We the People
thats always going to change though...each generation will have different ideas and views....back in the 1700's they couldnt have know how we would be today....look at just how Rock & Roll affected the adults of the 1940's....many of them were still listening to music that the founding fathers listened too....

My view of the United States Constitution is literal and minimal. I believe that if the Constitution does not clearly say something, we should assume that the Constitution is silent on the matter and leave it up to the voters.
For the most part, I agree. However, for any grey areas that don't offer a great amount of detail, I believe it's appropriate to read the letters, essays, and articles written by the various Founders to get a clearer picture of their intent. Since they're the authors and signers of the official documents, their opinions related to those documents trump the opinions of some modern, woke judge who may embrace a different agenda.

For a Constitution to be effectively compromised, you need a stupid public and a compromised political class.

Why?

Why?
Because they are part of We the People

The guy living under a bridge will vote for the guy who will help get him out from under the bridge

The guy who built the bridge will vote for the guy who gives him money to build more bridges

Our founders knew better than to think they knew what was best for future generations

That is why they created an elected government to look out for the general welfare

Not if they are illegals. We keep finding thousands and thousands being allowed to vote.

More than enough to swing elections.

Time to get rid of ALL of them.

Illegals don’t vote

Those lawns aren’t going to mow themselves.

Tens of thousands apparently do, and have been doing so for years.

Time for ALL illegals to be sent packing.
Show thousands of illegals voting.
It would be stupid for them to risk it for just one vote

You are so gullible

It's been reported many times now.

Sheesh you're bad at gaslighting.
