First of all, I have lived with three previous dogs who have all died. One died as a result of a car accident in 1984, she was Taffy a Kerry-Blue Terrier. The next, Rascal, an American Fox Hound, died in 1994 of heart failure. After that in 2004, Pumpkin a basset-hound, black lab mix died of cancer. I am scared that my current pup, Kaleb a yellow lab, pitbull, chow mix who is currently 4 and a half, will pass in 2014. While that's a good deal away, 6 years, I would like to be able to preserve as many memories as I can with Kaleb. I have no less than 500 photos of Kaleb or Kaleb and I on my computer and on two backup drives. I have decided that by the time it's Kaleb's time to go to the big fire hydrant in the sky, I will have no less than 5000 pictures of him. He is THAT cute and THAT adorable and well, THAT mischeveous.
We played in the snow today and my friend said that Kaleb and I are absolutely perfect for one another because we both love to be pelted with snowballs.
This is one of my favorite pictures of Kaleb and I. It's about two years old.
