For that my incompetent doctor was a little more competent, she had me do several tests to find out what was wrong including an endoscopy while ignoring my high platelets and stuffing me with very strong medications against digestive problems and my case worsened for a year to arrive with this diseaseMy experience with my wife and her friends and their gastros is that, unless they can actually see ulcers with an endoscopy, these specialists don't have any idea how to diagnose stomach problems. Doctors don't seem to want to be bothered. I just went to a pain specialist who was shocked that I have been experiencing severe back pain for more than 5 years. Every time I complained about back pain, the doctor would say, that's terrible come back in two weeks. Give up and get another doctor and it would be, " how awful for you. Come back in two weeks."
