Must Blacks get Reparations from Blacks?

The government imposed racist policies and human rights violations and whites still today refuse to honor the Civil Rights Act.

Blacks, and other minorities, have been let in to the mainstream economy. How they spend their money will determine their future.

Interesting thing about slavery. The southern lifestyle was quite laid back. No one worked very hard, including the slaves. It was the southern culture. So, stories of backbreaking work by slaves was quite exaggerated. In fact, slave owners had large investments in their slaves and most cared for their welfare.

The downside occurred after emancipation. Now freed the former slaves still retained the laid-back culture of the south, which many saw as laziness.

Free people always work harder than slaves. That's why slave economies can't compete with free labor economies.

Reparations will never be granted. Any politician attempting to bill modern people for the sins of SOME of their ancestors will be recalled and never hold office again. The politicians are smart enough to know that. They might pay lip service to the idea, but that's all they will do.

Again, the issue goes beyond slavery. Second, we haven't waited on anything, but whites sure have been able to use tax money we have paid to get what they have.
