yeah 'muslims' and 'islam' invented around 650 AD i think and they started killing and murdering from the start . They invaded Spain called it Grenada pretty soon after the invention of 'islam' . Its funny , its like 'islam' is a Copy of Judaism and Christianity as the 'muslims' talk about Jesus and other familiar names and concepts in Christianity and Judaism . 'islam' is a made up pretend type religion that copies Judaism and Christianity . Some call 'islam' the religion of 'satan' and i tend to agree .
---------------------------------------------------- mornin Lysis , so what do you disagree with . The Good P.J. already corrected my mistake concerning 'muslim' place names in Spain . But hey , Judaism and Christianity were both around long before 'satans' religion of 'islam' . And if you look at the 'koran' you will see lots of names and concepts that came from the 2 older religions of Christianity and Judaism . Its like the 'muslims' / mohamad copied out of the Bible and Jewish writings even down to there only being one God Lysis .
Dingbat: Muslims revere Jesus, too. Go to Ephesus sometime, supposedly the last home of the mother of Jesus. I've been. what is is occurring in the U.S. today is a made-up version of "Christianity," too. How else do you account for such as frankie graham, jeffress, focus on the family, perkins, family research council? They seek to trash the Christian religion for all time and repudiate the teachings of Jesus in the Sermon on the Mount.
"Dingbat: Muslims revere Jesus, too. "
No they don't.
You really don't know anything, do you. Unfortunately, that doesn't stop you from posting.
" According to the Quran, Jesus, although appearing to have been crucified, was not killed by
crucifixion or by any other means. This view disagrees with the foundation of the Gospel. Instead, the Quran says "God raised him unto Himself," which happens to agree with the Gospel message of Isa ascending into heaven. In the 19th Sura of the Quran (verse 33), Jesus is believed to have said "And peace is on me the day I was born and the day I will die and the day I am raised alive", a similar statement that
John the Baptistdeclared a few verses earlier in the same Sura. Muslim tradition believes this to mean Jesus will experience a natural death with all mankind
after returning to earth, being raised to life
again on the day of judgment.
Like all
prophets in Islam, Jesus is considered a
Muslim (i.e., one who submits to the will of God), as he preached that his followers should adopt the "straight path" as commanded by God. Traditionally, Islam teaches the
rejection of the Trinitarian Christian view that Jesus was
God incarnate or the
son of God. The Quran says that Jesus himself never claimed to be the Son of God, and it furthermore indicates that Jesus will deny having ever claimed divinity at the
Last Judgment, and God will vindicate him.
