Musk: "Twitter Might Have to File Bankruptcy"

Hahahahahaha!

Musk signed a merger agreement without having a clue what he was doing.

Basically he trolled his way into lighting $40 billion on fire.
on fire? He's made an investment, and is in the process of rebuilding a company that the demafascit agenda has destroyed. I have no doubt he'll make a return on that investment.

As I mentioned in another thread on this............................................

The moment Musk began going public about his political views, was the moment his products faced losing market share regardless of what he sells.

This is where we are at in America today. It doesn't matter what your views are, if you go public with them, you'll lose a large segment of American consumers.

If you go back just a couple years ago, Musk was viewed positively by nearly everyone. That's all gone now thanks to the fact that he became vocal. There will now be millions of consumers that will not purchase a Tesla strictly due to Musk's political views.
Twitter especially is at risk since it's mainly used by celebrities, corporations, journalists, MSM, that always lean to the left.

I guarantee you every time he tweets, those in his board rooms cringe knowing he is likely to alienate more and more consumers.

This is a lesson every CEO needs to learn. Whatever your views are, keep them to yourselves!!!!

There is no board. Musk took the company private.

He put the company into revenue freefall with his own policies.

um a private company can have a Board of Directors....

The company was in revenue freefall prior to his purchase of the company.

So its the advertisers fault, huh?

And if Musk is going to make a return on his investment, why is he already prepping what's left of his employees for bankruptcy?

Nope, it's the demafasict that were running it, that ran it into the ground

um, to file bankrupty and start over. Do you know what bankrupty is? It doesn't mean the company goes away.

Neither massive revenue drops nor bankruptcy are indications of good leadership or a growing business.

Okay. Did you pay Elon $8 yet?

Nope, agreed, the folks that he bought it from ran the company in the ground. Filing for bankrupty now, after just getting it, is a great way to restart. Investors do that sort of thing all the time, buying failing businesses and rebuild.

If they go bankrupt, the creditors take the company and Musk’s investment is wiped out. He loses the company. Game over.

The folks that he bought it from built the business and had higher revenue that Musk does.

Musk gutted the company's leadership and drove revenue into the ground. He's now bracing for bankruptcy after only a couple of weeks at the helm.

No matter how hard you try and polish this turd, Musk is the only one responsible for Twitter's performance now. Remember, he fired the Board. Its just him.

haha the people were losing revenue that’s why they needed to sell.

Musk just got the company, he’s rebuilding it

So how’s he going to make money if no one gives him $8?
the 8 bucks i understand is not for just being on the website it’s for having a special account.

He will make money by selling ads.

That depends on the type of bankruptcy filed. He does have debt used to fund it, but minimal assets. Potentially the debt holders force an equity exchange, or if enough physical assets, de-res to sell the assets.
it’s true there are different types of bankruptcies. The prior owners ran up massive debts and were losing adverisors left and right bleeding revenue

Musk's revenue is lower than the people he fired. No matter what insult you throw at Twitter's leadership.....Musk's performance is far worse. If they are terrible, he's worse than terrible.

You're polishing a turd.

haha he literally just took it over and is rebuilding it

what has he had it two weeks? so far he’s making the right moves to rebuild it…bankruptcy might be one of the necessary tools needed to fix the mess the dembots propagandist left it
