Musk rocket crashes again. No casualties

Put that one down as someone who doesn't understand the purpose and utility of testing space vehicles before putting people in them. It's far better to have crashes during testing because you learn what can go wrong and how to prevent them from happening. The rest of the world understands this.
The danger is that they drop on someones head. Maybe they should test them in the Ukraine where folk are used to dodging bombs every day.

Where does NASA say that SLS can reach low lunar orbit?

The whole point of SLS is to get Astronauts to the Moon with the aid of other launch systems.

the SLS isn't what reaches lunar orbit anyway, you fucking idiot.

SLS can’t get Orion to an equatorial low lunar orbit let alone a polar low lunar orbit. It has to compromise with the NRHO because that’s the best solution for an underpowered rocket.

Again, they had to design a mission to fit a rocket because Congress made them use it.

All of this is based on the opinion of one guy you found.

Stop all this, you look like a bigger fucking idiot than you usually present.

First you whine I didn’t post a source. Then you whine that I only posted one source.

You don’t make any arguments against my points.

you posted a bullshit source, which I expected you to do.

Here's a bet, if you are so sure of this if Orion makes it to the moon in the next decade, you pay me $10k, if they don't, I pay you $1.

Well no one was hurt so thats a big bonus. It must be galling for US taxpayers who are paying for this shit show.
Maybe theu should restrict these pointless launches in case the debris falls on someones head ?
Lets hope its an illegal.
I'm sure you have been told this many times but Starship is funded by Musks company . SpaceX does have contracts with the Government because the company provides a cheaper and better service than either NASA, Boeing, or the Russians can provide.

The Starship rocket will drop the cost of launching into space even more than SpaceX's Falcon 9 Heavy. It's in testing phase right now dumbass accidents will happen. Musk doesn't want his company to kill as many people as NASA has. Stop being an ignorant partisan hack and enjoy the advances in space travel that SpaceX is doing.

Show us where the launches are taking place and how many people are in the range to be injured by expected test failures.

What makes you say my source is bullshit?

Orion already made it to the moon, dipshit. That’s what Artemis 1 was. It entered a distant retrograde orbit which has even lower delta v requirements than NRHO.

The SpaceX HLS is going to be many years from development and probably will be scrapped. The lunar gateway is the same thing. All of these are required before setting foot on the moon which is why the mission profile is so stupid.

Dude. I’ve been following this dumpster fire for years.

I don’t have a link for you that says everything I’ve said because I’m giving you the synthesis of tons of information I’ve absorbed over the last decade.

SLS just doesn’t have the juice to get to low lunar orbit even if it’s the larger block 2 version with the so far nonexistent exploration upper stage.

The reason we have to use SLS is because Congress is making us. It was a leftover design from Constellation. We poured ton of money into it but it’s just not very useful and everyone is afraid to give it up.

The problem NASA has is that instead of designing a mission and then building a rocket for it, they have a rocket and are designing a mission for it.
Promises were made of it being low cost. Lies. Even if they launch it in a regular manner, as scheduled it will go up once a year due to the costs. To launch it several times a year would lower the launch costs, it still will be much more expensive than the proposed Starship. And if Starship fails, Space X Falcon Heavy may need to launch two to do what one SLS could do but perhaps t nor more than 20% of the costs. Competing with the Chinese who will do it cheaper we need the private side.

Taxpayers gave Musk billions to develop his chronically exploding rocket.
Test flight... the next day he sent a rocket up with 27 starlink satellites on board... why didn't you post about that?... are you a bad news Karen?....

How does that make up for the billions of taxpayer dollars we are wasting?

We aren't wasting anything... this is science... it's not automatic... just think of the good that will come from Starlink and the good that has already come from that program.... then ask yourself when was the last time any liberal did anything good for this country... I'll wait....

It’s not really science. They’re doing engineering.

We could be spending the billions on actual science because we aren’t learning anything from watching his rockets explode over and over again.

The new future cold war battlefield is space... the nation who wins in space will lead the world... and of course its science dummy... go back to 3rd grade...

Starlink is beneficial to humanity by providing internet access to remote and underserved areas, enabling rapid disaster response, and facilitating education and healthcare in underserved communities
