Russia has no right within the rules to attack the Ukraine on the suspicion that Ukrainian terrorists were responsible.

I'm simply saying that in this war, heavy artillery supplied by the US for attacking inside Russia's borders, will have to be agreed upon as consistent with the established rules for this war.

If Russia doesn't agree to tolerate that or any other escalated behaviour, they may escalate beyond the acceptable limits.

Don't forget that Russia is handicapped by their absolute refusal to lose this time.

That is deceptive.
The Ukraine deliberately started this war, under orders and bribes from the US.
They stole billions in oil, violated treaties, massacred ethnic Russians, tried to put NATO nukes on Russia's border, cut off negotiations, etc.

When the Ukraine starts a war and puts armed civilians in harms way, it is a war crime by the Ukraine, not Russia.

The war is entirely the fault of the Ukraine, who deliberately committed acts of war for decades, like stealing oil, violating treaties, massacring ethnic Russians, etc.
This war was specifically started by the Ukraine cutting off negotiations.
So then the Ukraine is not justified in ANYTHING it has done.
But if you want to start targeting civilian locations like fuel storage depots, then go ahead.

More Evidence That Ukraine Fired The Missile Which Killed Dozens In Kramatorsk​

This is a follow on to yesterday's Ukrainian Tochka-U missile strike on the Kramatorsk railway station. Russia no longer has Tochka missiles while the Ukraine, Belarus and several other states still use them.

There is now additional evidence that the missile was fired by Ukrainian forces. The facts do not matter in 'western' media who stick to whatever story they are told to produce. Still, I do believe that facts matter at least in the long term and that there is a historic value in documenting them.

The Tochka-U is a tactical missile with a maximum range of some 120 kilometer. It is typically fired from a transporter, erector, launcher vehicle (TEL) with little need of preparations.

The TEL vehicle for the Tochka is a six wheeled BAZ 5921 /5922. These are amphibious floating hull chassis. The picture below shows a BAZ TEL in parade mode with a Tochka missile slightly erected. In the normal transport mode the missile lies horizontally under a protective roof.

The Ukraine deliberately started this war with illegal acts of war starting decades ago.
Like stealing oil, violating treaties, trying to put NATO nukes on Russia's border, etc.
The Ukraine deliberately forced the war by cutting off negotiations.
The war could instantly end any time the Ukraine wanted to.

Those had to be Ukrainian missiles that hit the train station.
