Humans killing other Humans for fun, is something that people do for a whole bunch of different reasons, the most common are these.
1. A Dictatorship threatening to lock people up, for what is satisfaction for the need for Entertainment, and something to do with their lives, and personal fulfillment and personal economic support... because some communist jew motherfucker from up north, sitting on a million dollars of weath for himself.. has it stuck in his head somewhere that he's everybody the fuck else's boss, and that he gets to decide what the fuck licenses he'll issue and to whom.
This happens in Desolate areas that legitimately have nothing... and it happens also, in places with dictatorial laws that make economic freedom, and individuality hard, and stressful.
2. A Desire for revenge, because of an Abusive childhood.
3. A twisted sense of reality, because of Psychological, or Psychichiatric or Psychosocial problems.
